Your Wedding Questions, Answered.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please submit your RSVP by [date] so we can curate the evening with care. If we don’t receive your response by the deadline, we’ll assume you won’t be joining us in the galleries. Your timely reply helps us finalize the experience for all our guests.

How should guests spend the time between the ceremony and the reception

You’ll have a built‑in chance to enjoy the Cincinnati Art Museum between the ceremony and reception. The galleries are free to explore, and it’s the perfect way to ease into the evening. When you’re ready, head directly to our cocktail hour inside the museum. Prefer something more low‑key? A handful of great local bars are just a short walk from the church.

       Are plus ones allowed?

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

         What is the dress code?

The Art of Dressing Up

Formalwear with a creative edge: elegant, expressive, and worthy of a night at the museum. Think refined silhouettes, rich winter fabrics, and a touch of personal flair. Floor‑length gowns, elevated midis, and dark formal suits all fit the moment, and we love when guests add an artful detail that feels uniquely them. If you’ve been saving a favorite dress or tie in your closet for ‘the right occasion,’ consider this your sign ... this is the night to wear it.”

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venues?

We aren’t providing formal transportation between events, but the ceremony and reception are less than a mile apart. There is ample parking for anyone who feels comfortable driving, and both Uber and Lyft are great options if you prefer not to. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

How can guests can reach the couple with any additional questions?

If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom directly.

What is the timeline for the wedding day?

Our ceremony begins at 2:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour at 4:00 PM and our reception at 5:30 PM.

Are children allowed?

With our big families, we’ve decided to keep the celebration to adults and teens (13+), except for our flower girls and ring bearer. Thank you for understanding, and let us know how we can support you.
